If you are trying to calculate the amount of water of salt or starter needed in a recipe you calculate from the total flour weight, correct?

Yes, flour is 100% and everything else is a percentage of the flour. All looks ok to me (except for the 3rd column).

whats wrong with the 3rd column? I dont see it.


                     One Loaf:

Flour grams: 25

water etc: 15

Salt grams: 1

Yeast: 1


So I see the bakers % is fine. The one batch at 500g all adds up. But not sure what that last column is for.

Yes I looked at it again and felt it was redundant so I removed it.
