Needing info and help on types of flour

Hello, I’m new to breadtopia and I’m looking to buy bread flour for white bread. Does anyone have some recommendations on the kind i should buy? I want to make breads and rolls and the occasional pizzas as well. I’m looking for a flour that is mostly for breads yet I can also use as all purpose too.

This is what I use for white bread flour (and also for feeding my starter):

I use the Organic White Berries (mill them myself) I believe they are the same as what Paul uses. Since using my breads made have improved.

I also started using this 60% white, 40% durum, 1% diastatic Barley Malt Powder for a fabulous pizza crust.
