I love to bake bread and I make all kinds. Fruit, sourdough, whole wheat, you name it and it all goes so well with the wines we make in Sonoma, my hometown.

I love this web site, great job Eric … I’ve had some recent health issues and haven’t been able to experiment with my ‘bake’n’ lately … hope to get busy soon … I love make’n sourdough bread, it’s the best … and I can’t wait to try more variations with the info I glean from Eric … Got my ‘Romertopf’ from Breadtopia last month but haven’t tried it yet … can’t wait, but will have to wait till after an upcome’n surgery … …
