Mockmill 100 (and possibly 200)- gritty flour?

I bought the Mockmill 200 and expect delivery shorty (email received). A friend in Texas had hers just arrive today, and is telling me the finest setting produces a flour that is noticebly grittier than our Nutrimill machines. Anyone know if this is how it is, if it needs some type of adjustment, or perhaps a bad unit? Eek- the finer flour was a really big selling point for me.

I am the friend - I ground some soft white on the finest setting (using the Mockmill 100 which arrived today) & could tell right away it was grittier than the flour ground in my Nutrimill. I ran it through again - still gritty.

Thanks! I watched it, did what he said to do & it worked. No more gritty flour.
