Has anyone exp. with the GrainMaker® Grain Mill Model No.99? Wet milling?

Am beginning to research grain mills and ran across this mill on-line. I read that unlike many of the other mills talked about here and elsewhere, this mill can handle not only dry milling flour, but ‘wet-ish’ milling and nut butter, etc. I am interested mainly because I would like to start sprouting grains and using a ground wet mash for baking rather than drying before grinding. Anyone out there know anything about this mill?
I recently saw a youtube video showing how to use a specific brand of juicer to mash the sprouted grains, but would much prefer a flour mill that could handle both moist and dry grains. Thanks!!!

While not able to give you an answer, you may try to talk to Maurizio at theperfectloaf.com, he uses a GrainMaker mill. I’m also interested in it, not necessarily for sprouted mash (although I do use a lot of sprouts) but as a hand mill able to produce very fine flour. I’m not sure how it would compare with Country Living mills in this regard.

Thanks, Dan.
