Many of the recipes require a Kitchen Aid mixer or one with dough paddles but I don’t have one. Can this dough be mixed by hand? Thank you for any advice.
I haven’t tried doing it by hand because I’m a very lazy baker, but there’s no reason it wouldn’t work fine. You would have to be patient with the kneading process and diligent about making sure each piece of butter is fully incorporated before adding the next. Let me know how it works out!
