Melissa, question about the gluten free flour, it says it contains AF fiber blend. Does this include psycillum fiber.?

The AF fiber blend does have psyllium husk.

In addition to the gluten allergy, my grandson is allergic to eggs. What do you suggest I use to brush on the rolls before baking? These do look delicious.
