I baked a loaf of gluten free bread with the gluten free bread flour, following the recipe, and the result was perfect in my new clay baker - except the bread gave my gluten-free friend stomach pains almost immediately. I am wondering if anyone who is gluten-free has a problem with millet or with the AF vegetable fiber. Thanks for any help on this.
