Here are these cookies using whole grain yecora rojo flour. It was a bit more thirsty, but perfectly fine to use without other recipe changes.

This year I used peppermint swirl Hershey’s kisses. They were tasty but I don’t recommend doing this. Chopping them was quite difficult – more challenging than melting good white chocolate in the microwave, adding a few drops of peppermint oil, spreading the goo on a silpat or sheet of parchment paper, letting it cool, and chopping.
