I bought a package of the Heirloom Chocolate Cake mix the last time I bought flour from this website. I had a pumpkin that I roasted today and saw a recipe on Pinterest for Chocolate Pumpkin Cake. So I cut the oil down to 1/2 cup and the water to 1 cup then added 1 cup of the pumpkin puree. I just put a simple chocolate ganache for the frosting. It was delicious!! I also bought the Heirloom pancake mix as well. I highly recommend them both. I made bread today as well with the Emmer Flour and the Organic Bolted bread flour. I love their products. Very high quality and worth the price.

I have never eaten a Chocolate pumpkin Cake. But after reading this i will love to eat the cake.
