Hello everyone! I’m a high-school student who bakes in her free time and I’m new to the forum. I have a question or two about bagels. I made some the other day according to the recipe on this site, using sourdough starter, but now I want to try using some chocolate and making sweet bagels. Do you think I should modify the recipe at all aside from discluding the sourdough starter? Thank you for your help in advance!
