It doesn’t work that way. The “container” is the bag the flour is in. If the nutri label applied to a larger container with five 1kg bags of flour inside, each of the 1kg bags inside would need to be labeled something like “NOT LABELED FOR INDIVIDUAL SALE”. We see it on sticks of butter. The box the butter comes in has the nutri label, the individual sticks of butter do not.

Although that could still be the answer. A label from somewhere else not altered properly. Used as a template.
EDIT: Although they do also come in single 5kg bags. That label on this bag would make sense. Although the label itself has been updated to 100g instead of per serving. I just think it’s a mistake on their part.
