Bread of the world

By poking around in the internet I have found the following Artikel and formula for the bread of the world. I found the idea intreging so I baked it! Wow, my hubby likes it ( he is normally a white bread eater and my customers rave about. The original is bigger but for small house holds I scaled it down.

I made a small change: I soak the flax seeds as well in part of the total amount of water. It stays moist longer.
