I tried a lot of biscuit recipes and I hit the jackpot with this one, it is a WOW! Google the name shown below to find the recipe.
“Buttery Sourdough Sandwich Biscuits | King Arthur Flour”
Be sure to follow the recipe exactly, using unsalted butter with a scant 3/4 tsp of salt. Also best to sift all dry ingredients together. I use bread flour in lieu of APF.
