Bagels: Could I refrigerate overnight before shaping?

I’m eager to try the Breadtopia Bagel recipe and wonder if anyone has tried the refredgeration overnight and the shaping and a final proof in the morning. I’m wanting to make more bagels than I have space/sheetpans for. Thanks for any suggestions.

A response to my own question - for anyone who stumbles across this later. It worked just fine to refrigerate overnight, then shape/proof, etc. in the morning. I can see the wisdom of shaping the night before if you want bagels early in the morning.
