Hi there,
I grabbed my bag of whole wheat flour mixed with low light and mistook it for my white flour when I went to feed my starter, is there any way to get this guy back to a white starter or am I screwed and need to start from scratch as I don’t want to maintain a whole wheat starter?

Not to worry.
Take a very small amount of the current starter - like half a teaspoon - and mix it with a much larger amount (like a cup) of white flour and equal by weight amount of water in a clean jar. Let it sit at room temperature until it doubles in volume and viola - you’ve got a new, essentially 100% white flour starter.
