I am making my first starter following the book’s recipe. I’ve confused myself by reading so many different starter recipes. My biggest confusion is this yours has no discard and by the 4th day I imagine it will not fit in the jar.
Also, I am going away for 2 days on day 6. Should I leave in refrigerator?
